Karl Lagerfeld launched three new limited editions last Thursday as part of his latest edition with hipster street artist Endless. The NFT present a new version in pink of Karl several new pieces, produced in limited editions by the Monnaie de Paris. For this collection there are three categories: an edition of 250 pink virtual coins priced at 150 euros, 35 blue physical coins of 1500 euros and a single gold coin with original illustrations worth 15,000 euros. Starting Friday, June 10 , everything will be available for purchase on Web3’s Fashion Marketplace, The Dematerialized.

«I am excited that our community can now experience Karl’s world through our NFT journey. Embracing our vision of merging physical and digital creativity, the launch of three new Karl NFTs will propel us even further into this territory and allow us to connect with a new community of collectors through a unique experience.»- Pier Paolo Righi, CEO of Karl Lagerfeld

Each member of the Lagerfeld NFT community has exclusive digital access to behind-the-scenes images. In addition, some of the digital NFTs were accompanied by collectible artwork. Invitations to the event were also shared with members of the VIP community, including the seven owners of the first NFT Karl Lagerfeld X Endless collection, which sold out within seconds of its launch in December 2021.

As with previous NFT collectible releases, buyers of the new Karl Lagerfeld X Endless will be able to interact with the digital Karl in augmented reality environments and share images using the hashtag #PoseWithKarl. All Karl NFTs are hosted on The Dematerialized, which runs on Lukso’s blockchain and is considered green, as it is a Proof of Stake network. In addition, with every purchase of an NFT, a mangrove tree will be planted in Madagascar through the Re:Earth project, a tree species chosen precisely because it offsets CO2 over its lifetime.
