It will be available on its platform for digital games that has more than 190 million users.

An NFT game released by Mythical Games, Blankos Block Party, is the most recent Epic Games Store entry on the web3. The game, which until now had approximately one million users, will be exposed to the nearly 200 million user base of the Epic Games Store platform.

Blankos Block Party was developed for Mac and PC with NFT technology. Publisher Mythical Games announced the news in the midst of NFT NYC this week, however, they have not yet released a release date.

According to the «Nftplazas» portal, the game launched in beta in December 2020, Blankos Block Party is a «secure NFT game» in which players create and interact with each other in a variety of vibrant 3D environments. The game incorporates blockchain technology by allowing players to purchase digital NFT clothing that can then be worn by their unique metaverse avatars. Assets can be resold through the mythical marketplace or, alternatively, combined together to form new NFTs.

John Linden, CEO of Mythical Games, said decipher has been «working with Epic for months» to bring NFT games to market. However, he added that this is the most recent step after years of talks with Epic about NFT games.

On the other hand Linden mentions, «the Epic Games Store version of Blankos Block Party will be Identical to the existing version, which is available through a starter app that can be downloaded from the game’s official website.»

«They’ve come and gone with some skepticism and all that, and rightfully so,» Linden said. «There are a lot of early games that were very gamified economies, really, rather than a game.»

In addition, creators receive 88% of all game revenue, while most stores only offer 70%.
